All the staff and services were excellent, and the doctors explained everything clearly and patiently throughout our journey. All the staff including doctors, nurses, reception team, cleaning staff, insurance department, and security personnel were extremely supportive and caring throughout our stay. They made us feel more like family than patients. A special mention to Dr Felix, the anesthetist. He is very down-to-earth, polite, and approachable. The doctors, nurses and staff were very caring, suppprtive and professional throughout every visit. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and safe. Thankyou for the excellent care and support during this special journey.
1Nihaarika Reva· 4 months agoI was extremely happy with Dr. Vijayalakshmi . The doctors were professional, supportive, and made my overall medical experience very reassuring. However, during the stay, interacting with the nursing staff was quite disappointing — especially the sisters on the 3rd floor. Their behavior felt outdated, unprofessional, and lacking in basic courtesy. At such a sensitive time after delivery, patients expect empathy, warmth, and respectful communication. Unfortunate
