A special thanks to the amazing sister from the second floor — your kindness, patience, and constant care made a huge difference. You handled everything with such calmness and compassion, and it truly meant a lot during a stressful time. Grateful for the excellent service and especially for such a wonderful nurse. 🙏 High

The doctors and nurses were extremely caring, professional, and supportive throughout our stay. Their kindness, quick response, and dedicated service truly made a positive difference. Overall, we are very satisfied and grateful for the excellent care provided.

From the moment I arrived, the environment felt clean, calm, and well organized, which made a stressful time a little easier. I recently underwent a procedure there, and I’m truly grateful that everything went smoothly. The doctors handled it with great professionalism and care, and they made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. The nurses and support staff were not onl
2KPN· a month agoIf you are not a patient, they will make you one. For a simple cut needing a bandage, they made me run 4 times for making payment, then for medicine, x ray and dressing. I had thought they will be different but turns out to worse. You learn patience there!
1abeegail d· 7 months agoTheir service is very poor. There are no experienced doctors or nurses in the casualty, and the staff were making fun of the patient. They also said no doctor was available and asked us to come back only after the doctor arrived, saying treatment would start only then. For people in the Ravipuram neighbourhood, I strongly recommend going to the Medical Trust Hospital casualty instead.
