This really is a centre for excellence. I felt comfortable from the moment that I walked into the clinic. All staff were polite and friendly. There were some communication challenges due to not all the staff having a high level of English and I wasn't informed about the need for a 'bystander' in India, which meant that my surgery had to be postponed. There were also some areas for improvement in my post surgery recovery. And these have all been addressed seriously b
