Very disappointing experience. The staff behavior was not good, waiting time was extremely long, and proper attention was not given to patients. Communication from doctors and management was unclear, and overall service quality did not meet expectations.I hope the hospital works on these issues seriously

Very poor service with regards to PHC - Preventive health check up in this hospital. They even don’t do Ultrasound. Said our doctor don’t allow Ultrasound to OPD and PHC candidate. Medi Wheel to rediscover and change hospital immediately.Also ECG test not done due as battery was low of ecg machine. Worst service

Long Waiting Time "OPD services were disappointing due to extremely long waiting times. Poor patient management." Unprofessional Staff - "Staff behavior was unprofessional and rude. Not recommended. Inadequate Facilities - "Facilities were poorly maintained and inadequate. not fan neither Air conditioner in waiting area. Unhygienic conditions." Poor Doctor Consultation - "Doctor consultation was rushed and unsatisfactory. Not enough time given to patients." Long Queue

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital, which I would rank among the least professional I’ve ever visited. Reception Staff: The individuals at the reception desk appeared untrained and unhelpful. Their primary focus seemed to be collecting payments, with little regard for customer service or responsibility. Worst hospital ever i lost my father just because of this shitty hospital and their doctors don't have any knowledge inexperienced and they will only try to put your life on risk and make money don't go there, never
