Instead of helping, they expect attendants to handle patient issues themselves. The staff was accepting his careless behavior. I told him to write all the things down in the patient's file, but he said, he will not write it down. The doctors are also rude and unprofessional. Patients are spoken to harshly and sometimes even told to leave the
