Worst services even Government hospitals are better. Went for a sonography. They refused to take soft copy of Id as they don't have printing/ scanning facility which is must to have these days. They had photo copy device but refused to copy from hard copy. I looked around to get copy from outside but every thing was closed until noon. The staff response is very rude and system is not update most of the manual process taking consume time to complete the basis process like admit , discharge and billing process. Pathetic service even the government hospitals are better than this. Security, Reception are not aware how to talk to the family of patients even if there is any emergency and things. If person is paying to you, people need to behave appropriate with the family and patients.
