They refused to take soft copy of Id as they don't have printing/ scanning facility which is must to have these days. They had photo copy device but refused to copy from hard copy. I looked around to get copy from outside but every thing was closed until noon. After a heated argument they used their machine a took a copy. The staff wasn't polite and cooperative. They behave as if they ar

Before the operation, the doctors confidently told us there was no serious life risk, but after the surgery, my patient died. Even after such a tragedy, no doctor gave us a clear explanation of what actually went wrong. The staff response is very rude and system is not update most of the manual process taking consume time to complete the basis process like admit , discharge and billing process. Security, Reception are not aware how to talk to the family of patients even if there is any emergency and things. If person is paying to you, people need to behave appropriate with the family and patients.
