Her dedication, kindness, and attentive approach made a very difficult time much more manageable for our family. They not fulfill there promises they promised after surgery they allot a private room to us but they said room is not empty and they take new addmission for private room. Currently my uncle admitted in hospital for his cancer treatment under doctor neelesh jain. We are not happy with the service of hospital.

We had discussed with hospital on 14.11.2025 and as per discussion with hospital Advance was paid at counter on 17.11.2025. We were regularly in touch with contact person. My father-in-law was admitted here under Dr. Shiv Shankar Sharma (Nephrologist), and due to extremely careless treatment and negligence, the patient’s condition became even worse. Instead of proper care, infection spread further, and the staff kept saying “hum toh try kar rahe hain.” The most shocking part was that when we asked for the patient’s file and reports for a second opinion, they neither provided the file properly nor eve
