Doctors fail to properly review medical history and unnecessarily scare patients and families, with no transparency or empathy. Earlier, our child used to get frequent cold and cough and hospital admissions were common. Patients are reportedly being forced to remain hospitalized for 3–5 days irrespective of the severity of their illness, even in cases where treatment could be completed earlier, raising serious concerns about unethical practices. The Doctors were Professional and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in my care. The nurses and staff were kind, attentive and always ready to help. The hospital was clean and well organised, and the discharge process was smooth and special thank to Doctor Mamidi Dinesh who has been treating me from day one.
