I recently had my first visit with Dr. Deendayal and was highly impressed. He is a true gentleman—professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does. However, the administrative process needs significant improvement. My reporting time was for 12:20 PM, but I wasn't seen until 4:30 PM. While the medical care is top-tier, the four-hour wait time is difficult to manage.
