My father is undergoing treatment for a kidney issue, and we consulted Dr. Srinayan Sir, who is very polite, patient, and professional. He explained the condition, treatment plan, and the steps we need to follow in a clear and reassuring manner. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Madhu In-charge at the Dialysis section. 2harika reddy· a month agoWe recently visited the hospital for a full body check-up and were quite disappointed with the overall experience due to the excessive waiting time and lack of coordination. Although we arrived at 8:30 AM, we were unable to complete all the required tests (ultrasound, X-ray, and blood tests) until 12:30 PM. Even at the reception, there was only one staff member available, and the waiting time exceeded 30 minutes. The biggest delay was at the ultrasound department.

From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care, Dr. Avinash was professional, patient, and very reassuring. He explained the procedure clearly, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel confident throughout the treatment
