Today we have joined here for a day card procedure for my husband , Issues faced : 1: Post procedure he was asked for a help to get him some food as he was hungry and cannot walk as his procedure was for leg and he was alone . 4 th floor we joined 416 room , they reluctantly said cannot get food as per their process and gave him 1 tea.
