He explained my reports clearly and spoke to me with a lot of patience and respect. He makes sure patients are comfortable and fully understand their condition. There was absolutely no prior intimation provided to the patient regarding the billing charges, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Moreover, the behavior of the insurance staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Such conduct towards patients and their families is completely inappropriate and reflects very poorly on the organization. It is concerning

Dr. Pavan Kumar was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly during the scan. 5Kavya Sree Vanga· 2 weeks agoDr. Santhosh Deepthi, we actually visited this hospital for the first time for my mother, we came for neurologist here we had our consultation with dr, Deepthi, we firstly had a friendly conversation with her on the issue and she is very patience in listening the what we are about to convery, doctor is very understanding and helpful. Overall it's a better time.
