Extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, there is no proper parking for patients. It’s unacceptable that patients visiting a hospital are expected to park elsewhere. The security staff had no clarity and kept suggesting random locations, including no-parking zones, with no accountability if vehicles were towed. Post-surgery care was also lacking. Despite it being a minor procedure, there was no doctor follow-up visit, which is basic patient care. Wh
