Dr. Faisal was thorough and explained everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease. Dr. Maheen Fatima was equally amazing—very compassionate and attentive to patient needs. It is rare to find doctors who combine such high professionalism with genuine care. Their approachable nature and expertise made all the difference

However, the nursing staff and hospital management need significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and patient handling. One thing that also felt uncomfortable was being repeatedly asked to leave a review, which honestly makes the reviews seem less genuine. Dr. Faisal, Dr. Juveriya, and all the other duty doctors are excellent and take great care of their patients. The nurses and the aaya aunty are also very helpful, friendly, and supportive. Everyone here treats patients with kindness and ensures that they are comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the dedication and care given by the entire hospital staff.
