Patients are being encouraged to get admitted even without serious medical conditions, resulting in unnecessary and excessive expenses. Worst experience at this hospital. On 04-03-2026, we were made to wait for nearly 2 hours because the staff gave us the wrong token number. Even after realizing their mistake, they did not apologize and did not give us any priority. The hospital facilities are also extremely poor. The washrooms are very dirty, and the bed sheets were stained with blood, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This shows a serious lack of cleanliness and patient care. The

I would have given 5 stars for my overall experience here but the hidden charges like Rs. 1000 just for stamping their own hospital bills just because it was requested for insurance reimbursement ans Rs. 300 for providing the acknowledgement number for BC processing has saddened me a lot. Who charges for just for stamping the bills of their own place from people? This is what I didn't expect but people who walk-in don't know all these and end up forced to pay

Hospital is Quite lovely in terms of Infrastructure but the service is third class no specialist Doctors or even gynecologists available in emergency staff are very rude and unprofessional No cleanliness and parking faculties for the patients.. Only good part is Dr Tasneem Fatima is there
