The doctor is okay but the administration is very horrible. The hospital offers appointments to book however you will be treated as a walk-in. Even with an appointment you will have to wait a minimum of 1-2 hours. The modernization of appointment setting for this hospital is really not a realistic option as nobody cares at what time you booked the appointment you will be put into the queue with walk-ins. Took about 15 consultations for maternity with Dr Saroja. Doctor is ok but mgmt is pathetic, all false information. Hours of delay. Just being commercial. Have to always wait along with the new born baby even after coming on time
