I would like to appreciate the doctors and nursing staff at Apollo Hospital, Secunderabad. The doctors were highly professional, caring, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and provided excellent patient care throughout our stay. However, my experience with the maintenance and reception services was extremely disappointing. The laboratory service was very pleasant and good. The phlebotomist drew the blood sample very seamlessly and the reports were quick. I got my ECG, 2D echo and MT done in an order and the flow of managing stuff was not stressful at all. Mr. Balaji and Mrs Padma were really helpful! I underwent a surgery under Dr. Revathi Ramaswamy and was very comfortable with her right from my first visit. She informed me about my options , how we would go about the procedure, post surgery care. She was recommended by my colleague and I am really grateful to find such an amazing gynaecologist.
