I admitted my father—who has limited mobility on one side—for a simple blood transfusion, trusting a recommendation. That turned out to be a serious mistake. This hospital is shockingly mismanaged. The building may have multiple floors, but staffing is clearly inadequate. Reception is often unattended, and there is virtually no communication about the patient’s status unless it invol

The nursing staff was caring and responsive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The admission and discharge process was smooth. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of
5Samrat Das· 5 months agoI am consulting Dr. Debrup Chakladar for my son. He is an excellent doctor. He listens patiently and gives enough time to understand everything. He never prescribes antibiotics unnecessarily for small children. His treatment is very effective, and his behaviour is extremely kind and reassuring.

Instead, we witnessed a catastrophic failure that cost him his life. This facility is a danger and should be IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN by the West Bengal Govt. Health officials.
