The entire process was very smooth, well-organized, and professionally managed. From the very first step of admission, Dr. Kapil Mago guided us with remarkable dedication, ensuring clarity and comfort at every stage leading up to the surgery.

Before the procedure, they took the time to explain the operation and what to expect during recovery. Thanks to their skill and the post-op care plan, my mother's mobility has improved tremendously and She back to his normal routine. The entire orthopedic team was supportive throughout."

His treatment and the way of talking to patient and family members is absolutely excellent. I want to say also about the staff of this hospital including nurse, GDA and housekeeping all are empathetic. Food was also very very good. I also want to thanks physiotherapy team. They are excellent too. Thanks to shalby managem
5aggarwal overseas· 4 weeks agoMy mother took treatment under Dr Vikram I sah for knee replacement. Now she is feeling better. All the services and staff (Nurse, Housekeeping and GDA) is highly trained and fine. From the admission desk to discharge every step was very smooth. I want to thanks all the staff of Shalby hospital for best hospitality. Thanks to physiotherapist Dr Kapil and team too.
