There is no proper system for appointments—neither are appointments given on time, nor is proper treatment provided. The focus here seems to be more on extracting money than on patient care. I spent some time in the cafeteria, and the food was genuinely excellent. The F&B team deserves appreciation for maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and service. Despite being a returning patient, the hospital could not locate my previous records and charged me a registration fee again. I was informed that a doctor consultation was mandatory before receiving the injection, which is understandable. However, after paying ₹1,300 (₹300 registration + ₹1,000 consultation fee), I was assigned to a doctor w

Firstly, unfortunately, my father was admitted to this unethical hospital because we heard a lot about the hospital and we too were blindfolded by the number of 5 star reviews (which they actually bought). A patient in pain will not treated unless you deposit 5000 rupees and agree to lab tests, ultrasound worth another 20,000. NO TREATMENT to a patient lying in pain mind it and we were asked to leave the moment we objected to so many tests and asked the doctor to simply administer medication. “Simply asked to go”. On the top of that there is a parking charge of 100 rupees per hour. This is not a hospital
