1Labani Jana· 4 months agoMy friend called the hospital to book an appointment with a doctor for OPD. The receptionist's first question was "Do you have medical insurance?" My friend said "Yes, I have". The receptionist said "Bring it, we will cover with it." Finally, my friend said, I will pay the OPD bill by my own and hang up the call after knowing the visiting time. My questions to the hospital: 1) Do you even know what is the issue the patient is having? 2) On what basis you people the

4yamini goenka· a month agoVery recent experience with my mum, I do not have any complaints about the doctor and the staff which I understand is top priority. But after all the above, a patient needs good , normal, simple food to get the energy to get well soon. Food was tasteless and below quality. I would request you to change the cook. Normal home cooked food is also welcome.
