Since it was an emergency situation and other clinics were closed, I chose Max expecting prompt first aid and professional care. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was made to wait nearly two hours and was charged ₹500 per hour as room charges during that waiting time. The doctor interaction was very brief and did not provide sufficient explanation
