Last year, my brother, my wife, and my child were admitted to the NICU at Manipal Hospitals. I sincerely appreciate the doctors and nursing staff — they were highly professional, caring, and supportive throughout our stay. Their dedication made a very stressful time much easier for our family. However, I am extremely disappointed with the TPA/billing department. The team’s approach was very slow and careless, almost like a typical government office with no urgency
