1Bharti Dhingra· 3 weeks agoDuring the examination, Dermatologist Dr. Ravi Kant Bhushan made offensive and inappropriate comments and used language that I found disrespectful and unacceptable. Such behavior caused me considerable discomfort and distress. As a patient, I expect to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and professionalism at all times. The conduct displayed during the consultation fell far below the standards expected from a healthcare professional and has negatively affected my

The waiting time was also longer than expected. We hope to see improvements in the services in the future."staff behaviour was very poor have been waiting here since 8:30 AM for my ultrasound, but there has been no cooperation from the staff. Even by 1:00 PM, I did not receive any proper response

From the first consultation to the treatment, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The doctor listens patiently, explains all options, and makes sure the patient feels at ease.
