Such behavior caused me considerable discomfort and distress. As a patient, I expect to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and professionalism at all times. The conduct displayed during the consultation fell far below the standards expected from a healthcare professional and has negatively affected my

The waiting time was also longer than expected. From the first consultation to the treatment, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The doctor listens patiently, explains all options, and makes sure the patient feels at ease.
