Now I’ve learned that they have vacated their Gurgaon location, and all the contact numbers I have for their staff have been switched off for the past week. It seems like they have ghosted me, and I have no way to reach out to them. This is a highly unprofessional way to treat their existing patients.

First, they assured me that I would receive a call on Saturday evening. I waited for 20 minutes, but no one contacted me.But unfortunately, the same issue happened again today evening.
