Sample collection is clean and safe, and hygiene is properly maintained. Reports are easy to understand and provided on time. Just 3 days before delivery, the scan report showed my babies’ weight to be appropriate for their gestational age. However, at the time of actual delivery, one of the baby’s weight was lower by approximately 700–800 grams, which is a major and alarming discrepancy. When I raised this concern, instead of a proper explanation or investigation, the staff casually stated that a differenc

Dr. Meenu Handa made our hormonal evaluation results easy to understand and helped us learn about things that affect fertility. The scanning department made sure that everyone was comfortable during each session of follicular monitoring. The andrology consultation was done with respect. She identified a small septal defect that had been contributing silently to our repeated implantation failures and her correction of it before our next IVF cycle created the uterine environment that our embryo needed to implant successfully. We are forever grateful.
