I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Mr. Abhishek Gautam for his kind and generous nature. He is extremely humble, takes time to explain every detail, and provides helpful suggestions, which is very reassuring for patients and their families. The behavior of the staff members, particularly two female staff members in this section, has been consistently rude and discourteous towards patients. While medical outcomes can vary, I found the doctor's behavior toward patients and family members to be unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Respectful communication is an important part of healthcare, and unfortunately that was missing from our experience. This doctor is considered one of the most renowned specialists at the hospital

My father-in-law (mr bhakta bhadur rai )was admitted to a STNM hospital on 26/03/2026 with a fever and was later shifted to the MICU. He was very fit and had no prior illnesses, so we expected him to recover. But his condition worsened rapidly, and sadly, there was so much confusion—every doctor gave their own advice, the doctors kept changing daily, and the treatment kept changing.
