Very disappointing experience with the desk staff at Supreme Hospital, Faridabad. The administrative process is extremely slow and poorly managed. Even after doctors confirmed discharge, the staff kept delaying it again and again without giving any clear reason. Every time we asked for an update, we were told to “wait” with no proper explanation.
