Absolutely terrible and highly disappointing experience. I strongly warn others NOT to visit this hospital. My father walked into this hospital on his own, yet they immediately pushed him into the ICU without any convincing medical reason. It was very clear that this was done purely to extract more money. This hospital engages in unethical practices by admitting patients through questionable referrals, seemingly prioritizing revenue over patient welfare. The medical staff shows a lack of professionalism, with poor communication and argumentative behavior. The absence of a pediatrician despite conducting deliveries is a serious violation of basic medical standards and puts newborns at risk. Even rooms are pathetic, and lack the least of hygiene.

Very bad experience at Dr Today. Staff behavior is extremely poor and careless. In an urgent situation, the patient rang the bell but no one responded for around 45 minutes. The patient had to go to reception on their own to ask for help, which is unacceptable. Hygiene is also not maintained even the handwash was expired. Patient name-sanjeev kumar jha The hospital is very good, the nature of the staff here is good, they are helpful, the cleanliness & hygene is very good, caring murshing staff, clean communication, highly skilled doctors, The nature of supervisor Mr Salim Akhtar is very supportive and positive.
