5Vikash Agarwal· 2 months agoAccord Hospital, Faridabad provides excellent preventive health check‑up services. The ECG & other Diagnostics process was smooth and handled with care. Reception staff at PHC D Block are courteous and efficient, making the overall experience pleasant and well‑organized. The only thing which disappointed me was that I have to wait for about 1 hour for OPD for Doctor Naveen Sharma but he didn't came.

The biggest positive was the doctor’s guidance and expertise throughout the treatment process. The doctor was very attentive, explained everything properly, and handled the surgery and recovery process professionally. Whenever concerns were raised, immediate action was taken during the doctor’s morning visits, which was reassuring

Before the surgery, she was unable to stand even for a minute. It was a very sensitive and complicated case, but Dr. Rakesh and Dr. Abhishek performed the surgery with great skill and care. The staff at the support and reporting counters appeared more focused on delaying work, and avoiding responsibility rather than genuinely helping patients.
