Accord Hospital, Faridabad provides excellent preventive health check‑up services. The ECG & other Diagnostics process was smooth and handled with care. Reception staff at PHC D Block are courteous and efficient, making the overall experience pleasant and well‑organized. The only thing which disappointed me was that I have to wait for about 1 hour for OPD for Doctor Naveen Sharma but he didn't came.

The staff at the support and reporting counters appeared more focused on delaying work, and avoiding responsibility rather than genuinely helping patients.
