I visited Rural Medicare Center for physiotherapy treatment. The staff members were polite and supportive, and the doctor was also good and professional. My overall experience with the treatment was decent. However, there is one major issue that should be improved, especially during summer. The physiotherapy room becomes extremely hot, and there is no AC or cooler facility available. I went for physiotherapy twice, but because of the excessive heat, it became very u

I am writing this review regarding the Physiotherapy Room at Rural Medicare Centre. While the treatment quality and staff behavior are genuinely good, the condition of the physiotherapy room is extremely uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. The room becomes highly suffocating due to excessive heat, especially during treatment sessions. There is no proper cooling arrangement such as an AC or even a cooler, which makes it very difficult for patients to sit com

“This hospital staff is very good and everyone speaks politely — the doctors, sisters, and nurses are all supportive. However, there is one person, either a ward boy or a doctor (I’m not sure), who is extremely rude and has no manners in the way he speaks. Because of this one person, I am giving a lower rating. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Poonam Singh. Her scheduled reporting time is 9:30 AM, yet she regularly arrives around 11:00 AM without any prior notice. When I asked her the reason for being late and requested that she either come on time or officially update her working hours, she casually responded that she was roaming in the mall or walking in the park. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in a professi
