Our experience at was deeply disappointing and concerning regarding patient privacy, room allocation, and overall management. We had a pre-planned OT admission for a 19-year-old female patient for endoscopic surgery. Despite the surgery being scheduled in advance, the hospital failed to arrange an appropriate room and instead allotted a twin-sharing room with a 57-year-old male patient. Dr Ankita Chandana, senior director, gynaecology. She operated me for fibroids. It was a robotic surgery. Just a few days back. She was exceptionally wonderful, took the time to explain everything personally and patiently. Very sweet and polite and capable. Highly recommend. The robotic surgery has helped me recover faster with minimal cuts and bleeding. And her team, including coordinator Suruchi especially was very helpful in making sure I had timely follow ups
