Hospital staff was fast and cooperative in attending to patient needs, amenities were good but main entrance is not wheelchair ♿ accessible. We came to meet Dr. Monashis Sahu but we had to wait for 1 hour since our appointment was at 4:15pm which can be improved on. Very poor schedule handling. Atrocious behavior. I liaised with the PA of Dr Ritu Malani and requested for an appointment on Friday. She said that the Dr was booked on Saturday and she suggested that we come on Monday. Being a working day with prior commitments, that was not possible for me so I suggested next Saturday or any working day in the evening.
