Recently my wife delivered at Mata Roop Rani Maggo Hospital. Overall, the hospital facilities, doctors, and nursing staff were excellent. The medical care, hygiene, and support during delivery were truly commendable. We are genuinely satisfied with the treatment provided. I visited Mata Roop Rani Maggo Hospital yesterday to see a relative who is admitted here. My experience with the visiting doctor was absolutely terrible. When I tried to ask the doctor about the patient's health and recovery status, they responded with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. 3 year back it was good hospital but now it is adda of loot, don't go there... Specially those who are in panel or TPA , these guys will make turn your 10000 rs bill into 1 lac...., never admit your patient in casualty, I regret to go there and surprise to see that my mother had operation surgery on my calculation bill of rs 35000 (cghs rate) , while no such surgery was happened.
