So, after two failed cycles elsewhere, we decided to visit Cloudnine Hitech City and met Dr. Alia Reddy. She completely changed our outlook on treatment. Rather than promising quick results, she made everything clear for us in a very patient manner. The hospital is calm, neat, and really well-maintained. From the front desk to the lab technicians, everybody is so respectful and warm. The counsellor followed up regularly, making sure we were doing okay emotionally.
