I have visited the hospital today for admission and my experience is too bad with whole administration. *They told me that they have three categories of rooms i.e. General, twin sharing, delux. I choose delux. The first room they gave was terrible with multiple sharing washroom and with zero amenities. The second is also doesn't look like a delux. Commercially driven, zero empathy. Medical ethics do not exist at BM gupta hospital Uttam Nagar Delhi. They look at patients as ATM machines. The billing process is an absolute nightmare designed to trap you. They keep adding unnecessary tests and overnight charges just to swell up the final amount. When you question the management or the grievance cell about wrong billing, no one takes responsibility. They hold the patient's discharge hostage until you pay their arbit
