I had a very disappointing experience here. My appointment was scheduled for 5:20 pm, but the doctor arrived at 5:50 pm, which already caused unnecessary waiting. My blood tests were done and I was told that I would receive the report by 9:30 am the next morning, but even after following up, I still haven’t received the report. On top of that, the behavior of the reception staff was very rude and unprofessional. The service and communication are extremely poor

I had my 4 weeks pregnancy and this doctor ask me for vaginal ultrasound at the same time for the heartbeat.Generally doctors recommend it at 7 weeks of pregnancy.She charged 2000 for that and the patient which were before me she charged 1500. After that ultrasound there was no heartbeat of the fetus as expected due to early stage.She said." Absolutely terrible, utterly disappointing. We would never take our family or relatives to their clinic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If I had the option, I would give it 0 stars. My wife was pregnant and due to the doctor's attitude and high charge, I had to change the doctor in 7 months.

Terrible, pathetic. Will never visit again. Will never recommend to anyone. Could give 0 stars if that was an option. - No water supply so could not wash hands after giving urine sample. - We asked nurse to change the protective sheet on the bed after another patient was on it. She pretended to change and only after confronting she actually changed. It looks like they are changing only once day and not after every patient. Major hygiene lapses. - Not taking all r
