The nursing staff were patient, caring, and available whenever I needed help. The labor room was clean and hygienic. It was a very disappointing experience. Dr. Kavitha is a very good doctor, and she handled my wife’s delivery very well. However, the issue arose with the nurse and the vaccination process. After my baby boy received his birth vaccination, the injection site became infected due to improper care.
