I had a very bad experience at Padmapriya Hospital. The behavior of the reception/front office staff was very poor and unprofessional. When we raised questions regarding the bill amount, they suddenly reduced some amount, which created doubts about the billing process. Very Worst Experience – Completely Unprofessional Behaviour in Night Shift I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the medical shop incharge and the night-shift staff inside the hospital. The medical shop incharge was very rude, used unacceptable and vulnerable words, and showed absolutely no respect towards patients. Incompetent staff. Miserable experience and zero coordination. If you ask for bills, they will type it in calculator app or write in a piece of paper like in provision stores. Would not recommend this place. It is absolute chaos. And not to mention the guy who roams around the hospital and pharmacy, behaving rudely like he owns the hospital.
