1Sri Sarath.N· 2 months agoSubject: Serious Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Staff Behavior I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint about a young male staff member who frequently moves around the hospital and pharmacy. Although I do not know his name, his behavior is extremely rude, arrogant, and unacceptable, as if he owns the hospital. He shows no respect towards patients and has also behaved disrespectfully towards his female coworker. Additionally, I witnessed him giving or
1Satheesh S· a month agoI had a very bad experience at Padmapriya Hospital. The behavior of the reception/front office staff was very poor and unprofessional. When we raised questions regarding the bill amount, they suddenly reduced some amount, which created doubts about the billing process. This made us question the transparency and accuracy of the billing process. We expected proper clarification and clear communication, but we did not receive a satisfactory explanation. The charges also
1Sheik Empire· 7 months agoVery Worst Experience – Completely Unprofessional Behaviour in Night Shift I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the medical shop incharge and the night-shift staff inside the hospital. The medical shop incharge was very rude, used unacceptable and vulnerable words, and showed absolutely no respect towards patients. Even when asking for help in filling a form, the attitude was harsh and unfriendly. During the night shift, the situation was even worse.
2M Shanmugam· 4 months agoYesterday i go this hospital for my friend accident as emergency . Everything went well but after treatment they made us wait for more than 45 minutes. 1Yuvashree Ramakrishnan· 6 months agoIncompetent staff. Miserable experience and zero coordination. If you ask for bills, they will type it in calculator app or write in a piece of paper like in provision stores. Would not recommend this place. It is absolute chaos. And not to mention the guy who roams around the hospital and pharmacy, behaving rudely like he owns the hospital. I’d have never went back if it weren’t for Dr.Kanmani ma’am
