He is gentle, patient, and takes the time to clearly explain medical conditions and treatments, which is very reassuring for patients and families. Overall hospital operations, including OP and IP services, are well managed, and the staff are generally kind and supportive. The hospital has an in-house pharmacy, which is convenient. But at the reception on the First Floor has two Male Staff are highly disturbing and noisy. As well No comfort Air-conditioning on the waiting zone... Have to solve the issues for the hospital betterment.
