1Abi 3· 2 months agoVisited this clinic with my 3.5-year-old and had a disappointing experience. While my child was unwell and naturally irritable, the doctor was rude and lacked patience throughout the consultation. She made uncomfortable facial expressions, seemed visibly annoyed by my child’s behavior, and did not make any effort to comfort or engage with him. With young children, especially when they are sick, a doctor’s role goes beyond diagnosis—it also involves being calm, kind, and

1ARUN G· 5 months agoVery bad experience. Do NOT take your children to Neo Life Hospital, Madipakkam. I took my 11-month-old baby for diarrhea with blood in stool. The doctor immediately scared us by saying it was a serious intestinal problem and forced us to take X-ray and ultrasound scans, without proper explanation or reassurance. I did not trust this approach and shifted to another hospital immediately (KPP hospital keelkatalai). The second doctor clearly explained that this is a common
1Sunil Hari· 6 months agoThis hospital was a terrible experience. Doctors could not identify the real issue and the treatment given was completely ineffective. On top of that, they charge 500rs for every visit, valid for just one day. Pathetically money-minded management with no concern for patients.
5Bhagya Sri· 4 months agoI recently treated my son in Neolife Kannan nagar Madipakkam. Had a Great time there. All staff and house keeping staff were very kind to us. Doctors are very pleasant as well.
