They seem unsure about how to properly manage patients, and they are unresponsive when people ask questions or need assistance. It feels like they lack communication, teamwork, and genuine concern for patient well-being. And the doctor arrived very late to the hospital. Patients had to wait for a long time. The scheduled time was 8:30 PM, but the doctor did not arrive on time. Seems like they do
1Praveen Kumar· 5 months agoThe doctor is good and the consultation fee is low. However, the hospital staff are very poor. Their attitude is bad and irritating. They sell only local brand medicines. The MRP of branded and local medicines is the same, but local brands are much cheaper at the wholesale level, which is why they push those medicines. I do not like this hospital mainly because of the staff’s attitude.

I waited patiently, but even by 9:30 PM, the doctor didn’t show up. During this time, the doctor’s wife came out and rudely shouted at the waiting patients, saying, “Don’t you know the doctor comes between 8:30 and 9?” – Is this how you treat people who are already in pain?
