It was a wonderful experience with every moment of truth (touchpoint) turning out to be moment of magic. The entire patient journey was smooth and seamless. The receptionist who attended the call was not courteous and lacked basic communication etiquette while speaking with patients. The tone of the conversation was unprofessional and disappointing. I kindly request the management to provide proper customer service training to ensure patients are treated respectfully and professionally.
