Parking is a bit congested and limited, but manageable. The security personnel were present and helpful in guiding us. The verification office is located on the first floor. I must appreciate the excellent support by the staff, especially Priya (I called her Priya – her full name was quite long) and Mr. Sendil. Th

We waited for nearly 1.5 hours for the appointment, expecting a detailed review of his medical records, discharge summary, angiogram findings, and current concerns. Staff Nurse Anandhi was very supportive and helpful through the process. Explaining things clearly and ensuring I stayed calm and my tests were done in the correct manner. The process was handled smoothly, which really helped during a stressful time. All the staff were kind and professional throughout the visit. A special mention to Mr. A. Sarathkumar, receptionist on the 1st floor, who was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. His calm and supportive approach made a big difference. Thank you.
