I have received honest, sincere, timely and quality service in the hospital. Dr. Shri Ram Krishna Kashyap Saheb and his team of all doctors, nursing, pharmacy and administrative staff members have remained very attentive, sincere and careful in their service all the time. Punctuality is a significant concern across all services offered, with frequent delays that impact the efficiency and reliability of care. This can be particularly frustrating for elderly patients requiring assistance, especially those in wheelchairs, who may face additional challenges and longer wait times.
