I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The doctor is highly experienced and confident in her treatment approach, which gave us a lot of reassurance throughout the process. She is extremely well-behaved, friendly, and genuinely cares for her patients. What stood out the most was her availability—she is always ready to help, even at odd hours, and she even encourages patients to reach out on her personal number in case of need. I had a very bad experience at Ganpati Hospital. The management is highly unprofessional and the staff is careless towards patients. Instead of showing care and urgency, they are more focused on formalities and delays. Cleanliness and hygiene are also not maintained properly, which is very disappointing for a hospital. Doctors hardly give proper time or attention, and the support staff behaves rudely. Billing and administration process is very slow and frustrating.
