I had a truly wonderful experience at Indira IVF Bhubaneswar! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent service, the well-mannered and caring staff, and the overall positive atmosphere of the clinic. A special mention goes to Dr. Shailabala, who is not only highly skilled but also extremely kind, patient, and understanding. She explained everything clearly, gave genuine advice, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment

Totally dissatisfied with the service. Everything seems focused on money rather than patient care. We are still waiting for the treatment/work to be completed, with no clear timeline or proper communication. I will be posting a detailed review very soon with all the evidence and proof of my experience. Patients should be treated with respect and transparency. At the end of the day, we are customers who deserve honest service and timely completion of what was promised.

Very bad experience at this hospital. Dr. Sasmita Nayak did not properly understand or recognize our problem. We have already spent around ₹6 lakhs, but in the end, they simply said “it happens” without giving proper explanation or support. This was extremely disappointing and emotionally draining for us. I would strongly suggest others to think twice before going for IVF treatment here.
