The entire team is genuinely patient-focused and not money-minded, which is rare and deeply appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Tharanath (Managing Director) for being incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. He made everything smooth and reassuring. The doctors and staff were very attentive and regularly interacted with patients, which made the experience reassuring. I would like to share a small suggestion for improvement: during the admission process, it would be helpful to proactively ask patients about their insurance coverage. Although I had cashless insurance, I ended up paying out of pocket and now need to go through the reimbur
