After waiting for a consultation, I was simply told that there might be an infection and was advised to consult an ENT specialist elsewhere. I was charged for the visit despite receiving very limited evaluation or guidance. Additionally, the reception staff did not provide clear information regarding the consultation process or the availability/arrival time of the doctor. Better communication and patient

From the reception desk to the billing department, the entire process was smooth and efficient with very little waiting time. The staff handles everything with a warm, professional attitude. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Incident 1 – False claims about specialists. I went to Sahasra Hospital specifically for a dermatology consultation, as the hospital claims dermatology as one of its specialties. However, after reaching the hospital, I was told that a
1pankaj kumar· 2 weeks agoAbsolutely pathetic hospital, unprofessional people running this hospital, staff either doesn’t know about their own policies or they have habit to keep changing their own words, to trap the patients. I went to fill my kids school health card and they said only their MD has stamp, so come at 6:30pm and consultation charges will apply which is 500rs. I went to evening & all of sudden receptionist changed her owned words and said you need to pay 1500rs which is absol
5Highbrook Kennel· a month agoI am kavya ,I am come to sahasra hospital for D&C section and bilateral tube ligation .There doctor and nurse facility is very good ,specialy Dr pratyusha ma'am very thankful to you. I didn't have any problem in this hospital,but I request to you , please improve your blood bank facility(transport system & provide hospital stuff to arranging tha blood print) because of if any emergency patient is they also seffer like me. Very thanks to all .
