This hospital seems more focused on billing than on patient care. They even seem to invent charges that are not actually used by parents, like masks, gowns, and hair-related items for an admitted child. On top of that, when a doctor visits the child, separate visiting charges are added multiple times, so a simple visit ends up being billed as several charges. After being moved to the ward following my C-section, the air conditioning in my room was not working. I r

Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention a serious and recurring issue outside your hospital premises. Vehicles associated with your hospital are being parked on the public footpath, completely obstructing pedestrian movement. Good facility. One may say good coffee :) but prices for scans etc seemed quite exorbitant (at least to me). Maybe it is better to query everything in detail first. For example outpatient scan prices seemed 2-2.5 times higher than usual. In ideal world all prices should be listed clearly in their website. Although consultation price (at Rs 950) was not that higher if one compares with similar places nearby. Also doctor was quite good. Hence rating 4. Otherwise would have
